    • Provider capacity
    • Competitive considerations
    • Core operating requirements (such as break‑even billing unit targets)
  • Basic clinic and contact information
  • Branding or positioning preferences (if applicable)
  • Any access or approvals needed to support implementation
  • Confirmation of your selected bundle or options

You are not expected to design, write, or build the system yourself. Providing clear, accurate inputs allows both the strategy and implementation to move forward smoothly and correctly from the start.
