For our GROWTH and REFERRAL MACHINE packages, consistent advertising is key to generating new patient-client inquiries. Based on our experience, we make a minimum level of advertising part of these packages to help you get the best results.

How it works:

  • Each package includes a monthly advertising allowance.
  • You can use it each month or bank it for future campaigns.
    Example: If you don’t use your full allowance in January and February, you can save those funds and apply them toward a larger seasonal campaign in March.
  • Your advertising allowance balance will be shown on every monthly invoice, so you’ll always know what’s available.

Refund Policy:
If you cancel services, any unused allowance is refundable (minus a 15% agency fee), provided:

  • Your account is in good standing (paid up to date).
  • You give 60-day cancellation notice.
