What is the setup fee for?

The setup fee covers the initial work required to create your custom website. This includes: 

  • Design customization based on your preferences and brand identity. 
  • Technical setup, such as: 
    • Domain registration and DNS configuration 
    • SSL certificate and firewall installation for security 
    • Hosting environment setup 
  • Content preparation, including: 
    • Creating your pages, copywriting, photo editing, and general setup of color palettes and branding elements. 
    • Creating navigation menus and page structure 
  • Feature integration, such as: 
    • Contact forms 
    • E-commerce functionality (if applicable) 
    • Appointment booking and calendar integration (if applicable)
  • Analytics and tracking tools 
  • Quality assurance, ensuring your site works perfectly across devices and browsers. 

Why isn't this included in the monthly subscription?

Your monthly subscription covers ongoing services like hosting, maintenance, content updates, and general support. The setup fee is a one-time cost for the upfront work needed to build and launch your unique website. Unlike template-only services, we provide personalized design and configuration. The setup fee allows us to dedicate time and resources to make your site look and function exactly how you want. 


Is the setup fee refundable?

Because the fee covers labor and resources invested in creating your site, it is non-refundable once work begins. However, we're committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to ensure the final result meets your expectations. 


What happens after I pay the setup fee?

Once the fee is paid: 

  • We schedule a meeting immediately to start the design process. 
  • You'll receive a timeline during the initial meeting as well as regular updates. 
  • Your site will be ready to launch as soon as the initial setup is complete.
