The lifeblood of every physical therapy, fitness, and wellness clinic is the phone. How calls are handled has an immediate impact on sales and bookings. This training series provides the tools and support necessary to systematize your clinic’s process for handling incoming calls. Participants see an immediate increase in booking rates as well as reduced cancellations after the first session.
This is the first of three 1-hour events included with this purchase. The complete series is included with Level 3 service plans, other select service bundles, or available to Just Shop guests for $995. Add team members for $395 each.

This training series begins each month on the 3rd Friday at 5pm. Tickets purchased today are dated for the next training date only. However, your purchase can be used for any start date. We will confirm your preferred date after your purchase. Refunds: Ticket purchases are refundable up to 1 week from time of purchase. Store credit for training workshops will be issued for refund requests less than 1 week in advance.
